Vineyard Estates is located on Kelowna’s Westside, nestled amongst established orchards and vineyards overlooking Lake Okanagan. Vineyard Estates is minutes from downtown shopping, beaches, parks, golf and the lakefront marina. Referred to as Sunnyside by early agriculturalists, the vineyards of award-winning wineries thrive in this impressive landscape. The area surrounding Vineyard Estates is at the base of Boucherie Mountain, next to a beautiful new golf course and also a short distance from a growing shopping centre. This is an amazing location to raise children, who will want to know about the nearby aquatic center, ice arena, and numerous ski hills.
